Pre-Order Policy
At Physical Media Vault, we offer pre-orders so you can secure upcoming releases before they arrive. Please read the following policy carefully before placing a pre-order:
Cancellation Policy
• Pre-orders follow the same cancellation policy as all other orders.
• You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order. After this window, all sales are final.
Payment
• All pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase in order to reserve your copy.
Shipping & Mixed Orders
• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once the pre-order item is available.
• If you want your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing them as a separate order.
Delays
• Pre-order release dates are provided by the distributor or manufacturer and are subject to change without notice.
• Delays are common in the physical media industry and outside of our control. Please only place a pre-order if you fully acknowledge this.
Allocations & Availability
• In rare cases, distributors may short-ship or limit quantities. If this occurs, pre-orders will be filled in the order they were received.
• Any unfillable orders will be fully refunded.
Returns
• Pre-orders follow the same return policy as non-pre-orders.
• Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged.
• Refunds are not available for any other reason, including delays or changes to release dates.
