28 Days Later makes its 4K Ultra HD debut in this Limited Edition Steelbook, presenting Danny Boyle’s landmark 2002 horror film with a newly remastered Dolby Vision presentation, Dolby Atmos audio, and a collection of behind-the-scenes special features.
Cillian Murphy stars as Jim, a bicycle courier who awakens from a coma in a deserted London and quickly discovers that society has been devastated by a highly contagious virus. Searching for answers and other survivors, he enters a frightening new world where danger can appear without warning.
Directed by Danny Boyle and written by Alex Garland, 28 Days Later combines post-apocalyptic horror, suspense, and distinctive digital cinematography. The film also stars Naomie Harris, Christopher Eccleston, Megan Burns, and Brendan Gleeson.
This UK Limited Edition presents the film in 2160p 4K with Dolby Vision and HDR10, using the assembled original digital source alongside original camera-negative material from the 35mm-filmed portion. Both the HDR presentation and Dolby Atmos soundtrack were approved by Danny Boyle.
