Synopsis:
In a bleak, post-apocalyptic future, food is the rarest commodity. In a crumbling tenement building above an old butcher shop, residents barter whatever they can for survival. When a kind-hearted ex-clown named Louison (Dominique Pinon) arrives looking for work, he captures the heart of the butcher’s daughter Julie (Marie-Laure Dougnac). But as their relationship blooms, Louison discovers a sinister secret—meat is on the menu, and he may be next.
