When horror author Sutter Cane disappears as fans grow violent awaiting his latest book, publishers hire insurance investigator John Trent to find him. Trent and editor Linda Styles trace Cane’s trail to Hobb’s End—a town that shouldn’t exist outside Cane’s novels. As fiction and reality blur, Trent realizes something is pushing through the page… and the world may not survive the ending.
