Directed by Frank Oz, the film adapts the off-Broadway musical based on the 1960 cult film, following Seymour, a timid flower shop worker on Skid Row whose life changes after he discovers a strange plant following a solar eclipse.

As the plant begins attracting customers and saving the struggling flower shop, Seymour’s hopes of winning over Audrey are complicated by the plant’s increasingly dangerous appetite. The film stars Rick Moranis, Ellen Greene, Vincent Gardenia, Steve Martin, and Levi Stubbs as the voice of Audrey II.
