Set in a dark and twisted vision of Edo-period Kyoto, the story follows legendary swordsman Miyamoto Musashi, whose appearance is modeled after iconic Japanese actor Toshiro Mifune. Armed with a mysterious Oni Gauntlet, Musashi must confront the monstrous Genma invading the historic capital while discovering the true purpose of his newly acquired supernatural power.
