Set in 1920s Los Angeles, the film follows Alexandria (Catinca Untaru), a young girl recovering in a hospital who forms an unlikely friendship with injured Hollywood stuntman Roy Walker (Lee Pace). Roy begins telling Alexandria an elaborate story about five extraordinary heroes on a quest to defeat the evil Governor Odious. As his fantastical tale grows increasingly elaborate, the boundaries between imagination and reality begin to blur, revealing that Roy’s story carries consequences far beyond simple entertainment.

Directed by Tarsem Singh (The Cell, Immortals) and filmed across 24 countries using no sets, The Fall is known for its striking real-world locations, elaborate costumes, cinematography, and combination of fantasy storytelling with an intimate character-driven drama.
